Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@eurodispensary.com.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Germany, UK & Neighboring EU Countries: 2–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 4–5 business days
- Non-EU Countries: 5–6 business days

Yes, we ship to most locations within Europe, including Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, and the UK etc. However, shipping availability depends on local regulations. At the moment we accept Skrill and bitcoin payments. We use the Skrill Wallet as our payment gateway provider. Its easy to set up and works exactly like PayPal.

We have a fixed €149.99 minimum order before we can process any orders. All orders placed must meet this requirement. We won’t issue any refunds if the order did not meet these requirements.

Returns
No, all sales are final once shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged/faulty item and packaging.
- Email support@eurodispensary.com with your order number and photos.
- After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Yes. Due to health, safety, and legal compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Any opened or used products
- Perishable or consumable products (e.g., gummies, vape oils, tinctures)
- Orders that have already been shipped (unless damaged)
